  • Customer Complaint:
    August 17, 2017 – BBB continues to receive complaints from consumers who say they ordered a product and didn’t receive it, ordered a product and received the wrong one or were unable to download their manual from Manuals Ink, Ltd.

    BBB first discussed the pattern of complaints with the business in September 2015. At that time, the business told BBB it will no longer respond to complaints forwarded by BBB. Manuals Ink, Ltd. stated it will resolve all complaints directly with its consumers.

    The business continues its policy of not responding to BBB complaints. BBB, however, will continue to process and report the complaints against the business that meet BBB’s complaint acceptance policy. It is BBB’s responsibility to inform Manuals Ink, Ltd. of the complaints we receive for the business.

      ************************************************* Someone else had exactly the same problem I did at least 2 times. They described it in the above link. The last time was a charge on this month's credit card bill.
