    I have had Wrights come out and service my ****** Accentra 52i-tc pellet stove since my purchase from them in 2017. This is once a year service to pull the insert out clean the pipe to chimney and stove. Each year the price rises two to three hundred dollars more. This year I was told the cleaning would be $799.00. I know I live sixty miles from the store and expect to pay a little more but not this amount. Once the service was performed about two hours nothing more than serving the stove not checking the roof or anything else. After thinking on the matter I reached out to ****** Pellet stove group on ******** about what they pay for service which ranged from $150.00 to $350.00. Many felt I had been robbed which I agree. The $350.00 price was to go over fifty miles! ** be aware of this business for if I knew this I would not have even purchased the stove in the beginning.

    I was in search of an authorized ********** dealer to service my gas fireplace. Wrights initially quoted $275 for non-emergency service which would be 3 months out, and $475 for emergency gas service which would be sometime from October through year-end. When I asked to get on their schedule, they gave me a date of October 25th and a cost of $575. In one day, they increased the cost by $100. Beware!The other two authorized dealer either wouldn't service a unit that they didn't install or wouldn't come 30 miles to **************.I was able to find an independent certified repairman who diagnosed a defective ignition module for $64 plus his time.
