    I purchased (2) two CGC 9.8 PRE-SALE comic books on April 15, 2021 from this company. For several months they never responded to any of my emails and once they finally responded they were extremely rude and disrespectful. That eventually stopped responding to my emails. The fact that they are no longer communicating is extremely bad business. I feel that as a customer I have been more than patient. It's now been over 2 years and I still have not received my CGC 9.8 comic books from them. Some of the worst customer experience I've ever encountered.

    Hotshot Comics aka Asheville Comics has extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting nearly two years to have several comic slabs shipped to me totaling $1K. They have not responded to my recent emails about these products. I fear that I have been scammed by this business.

    This place is also called Hotshot Comics on their website online, and they used to have a **** store under the same Hotshot Comics name. Do not do business with them they have scammed numerous people online only to never get the comics they paid for ahead of time. Also if you email them and ask for a refund because you never received the comics you paid for, and send them the receipt and ask why they told you everything but the truth, they will stop communication at once, and tell you to pretty much don't email them again about the matter...seriously I have the emails (its been over two years). I've bought many, many books online and this place is the only store I have ever had rip me off. They could have just told the truth, issued an apology, and just give me a refund (seriously it's only around $180). The prices may look good, but do not do business with them. You will regret it.

    Also I'd like to add you pay extra to get it graded fast tracked, so that's qhat you kinda expect. If it's going to be over two years why have that option?? Again this is shady business. I was always polite with my emails, and only just want a refund, especially of my two oldest orders of 2+ years. I have another order that's only a little over a year old so who knows with that one. I just want my money back. Period.

    *********************** is a total fraud, does not fulfill his comic preorders under hotshot comics, which he runs under this company. Please file a complaint with ** Attorney General, link is below.******************************************************

    This guy runs a scam, and more likely a fraud. If you read this stay away from buying any preorder books-ol **** will not deliver. He uses CGC lead-times to take your money and hope you forget-if you dont, h*** say its out of my hands and not send you anything. Ever. Has been reported to multiple consumer protection groups. Well deserved terrible reputation on every comic forum, platform, or any place where buyers share information-he is a total joke with zero integrity. Look forward to seeing his scam get shut down-either buy authorities, or by simply going out of business once enough people get burned or get the word to avoid this mess. ******* is your friend-be warned as he has several names that are/could be used as businesses). He literally takes your money and will not deliver-stay away.

    I wish I read these comments prior to making over $600 in pre order purchases. It's been over a year now with no communication or products being delivered. You've been warned! STEER CLEAR!

    I made a big purchased ORDER #**** for the amout of $509.89 on March 22, 2022. I had messaged the merchant Hotshot comics and update and got a response within a few days. A few months went by and i email to cancel the order with no response. Their phone number doesn't work and i still haven't received the comics or my money 12/15/2022.DO NOT USE THEM!

    This guy has give me the run around for a year and a half. Has cussed me out for being able to get 1 refunded before the time ran out. He said he accidentally gave 1 of mine away, then said they were there but they were renovating and they were in ************** he won't return calls and won't talk on phone. He has a female that keeps lying for him. Please anyone else contact me as plan to go to his police station this week and do what ever it cost me to make him pay.
