Less than 1 star...an an ex-emplyee there! ....management should care about your employees ,they lack empathy,or basic human knowledge. I applied there because I love animals ,was there for 8 months almost and got yelled at for simply doing my job....the job I get paid to do to the best of my ability. Management needs to be put into consideration and so does the position of who is the leads...the dogs there are amazing but even they get treated bad,starved,abused,ect...or not given their medication,starved...or just simply not fed. I loved my employees,I loved the dogs, but it was not worth getting yelled at. I hope they do better....and step up there game because it's very needed. People there need to work on respect...the ability to communicate sivaly, with a clear and nice tone, not screaming at another fellow employee, they also need to take in to account of the background of people they are hiring. They always exceed the amount of dogs they are supposed to allow to board or be day care so it's simply a hassle everyday. The employees deserve better we show up everyday ,clock in,do our job ,clock out ,monday through sunday ,and yet still treated like we are beneath them entirely. I wish nothing but the best for them but they need to adult up and fix their own personal issues and leave them at home where they deserve to be.

Coming from an ex-employee, the owner there constantly goes over the legal limit of 10 dogs per person and is generally really rude/mean to employees. Picks on the ones she doesn't like and shows no value to any of them. People like myself and many other longterm employees have been driven to quit because of her bullying. Generally an awful and toxic place to work. The treatment of dogs is borderline cruel. She also lets in aggressive dogs that bite which is not allowed by company policy and constantly puts us all at bite risk because of it. We have all been bit by one dog or another. The people she hires are of questionable backgrounds and create random unnecessary confrontations. One employee was cornered in the breakroom because the shift lead thought he was talking about him.
