I thought the address for All Seasons Heating was **********************************************************. Anyway, All Seasons Heating was/is the least professional company I've ever dealt with. The tech changed the nozzle and oil filter on my oil furnace and nothing else. Charged me $200. He explained they offer a Silver Plan where they clean - adjust - service a lot more of the furnace. i decided to try the Silver Plan and paid for the extra service but after the tech left, in about an hour, i received an invoice saying I owed them an additional $60. I told the woman i spoke with to forget it and refund my money. The woman explained the mistake was on their part and would perform the Silver Plan anyway. After thinking about it i decided to request the refund of 8/31/22 after 10 days I received the check and saw it had been cut on 8/31/22 but didn't receive the check until 9/10/22 and immediately saw the check had not been signed So i, on my time, had to drive out to the business to have the authorization signature on the check. These people are as "inept" as professionals can be. I would not/could not ever recommend All Seasons heating to anyone ... ever!!!

We apologize that the check went out unsigned, it was a simple mistake. We have not serviced the system for almost a year, so it seems strange that you have waited all this time to request a refund. Regardless, you have a signed refund check as of 9/12/2022 and this matter now is closed.
