    I dropped off a package a fairly decent box size of 4lbs to be shipped up North. Was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and the box never made it to ****. It was supposed leave the Arden location and go up to ****. I out in a lost complaint and they resolved it by sending me a check. I did not want a check. I wanted them to do an investigstion and find the box and get it to ****.How do you lose a large box??!! Ive ordered mail from ***** and its never gotten lost. So frustrated and disappointed. will never use *** again for shipping.

    **** - we certainly understand your frustration and we would be frustrated as well. You originated this shipment with our *** Store. *** Store's are independently owned franchise locations. At the end of each day, *** picks *** all of our packages and sorts them to be delivered to the final destination. We understand your frustration, but once it leaves our *** Store, we do not have control over the package. *** has an incredibly high execution rate and we are certainly disappointed this is one of the few times that a package was not successfully delivered to the end recipient. In the case of a lost package and once a claim has been submitted, *** does investigate thoroughly to try to find the package and ultimately delivery it. Only at the point where they have exhausted their investigation, do they issue a claim check for reimbursement for the lost package. Again, we are sorry that this occurred.
