Cancelled project due to saying it would be done quickly because it was a small job but that was not the case (texts state that would be done before December)

    Good afternoon

     I have attached the email responses to and from the customer regarding the remodel of her bathroom.  I was informed at a grocery store that she wanted to resend the contract after i had ordered material and I explained to her that I had to see what the resolution would be as far as getting her money back to her.  Look I am not going to get into lack of communication time ***************. The point is where we are today. She wants to get her money back and I want to get it back to her. Due to some internal situations, it has created a financial duress on my part.  

    I would like to come to a resolution to getting this resolved as quickly as possible. I have a window I cannot return to the tune of about $600.00. I should deduct that from the check, but I told her because of the problems with time I would eat that and give her the ******* back. 

    Proposal for Resolution:

    I can make the following payments to resolve the issue: I can make 4 monthly payments of if I can do more I will. 1. at $1250.00 then 3 equal payments of a $1000.00 to get this resolved. 

    ******* has stated she has started a small claims case. If she does that then I cannot do this. I do not wish to see this escalate any other level. I am fighting enough battles otherwise trying to get those who stole from me to return my money. but that is another issue it itself.    let me know what else I can do to close this case and resolve it

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to draw up a contract or something because I have been told that this payment would be returned to me since December and it has been 4 months. I have multiple emails and text messages that can also be provided.
