Sadly you can't leave zero stars. My wife took our son and daughter because one of our sons friends was having a birthday party there. My wife stayed very close to our five year old daughter who is SPECIAL NEEDS and my wife observed her from the designated area for an hour and then one of the young rude staff comes up to my wife and puts his arm up between my wife and daughter telling her she can't go onto the mat, mind you she wasn't and had not the whole time while none of the staff was anywhere to be found the entire hour she was there. My wife like a momma bear having someone come between her and our daughter told this young rude employee she wasn't going onto the mat and hadn't planned to and he better move his arm and not touch her. This rude employee walks away and another one appears following my wife and child like they were criminals and my wife finally told our kids to come and go to the game room at which time what we think was management because she was older but not professionally dressed and rude approach my wife and says I understand you're disgruntled and my wife says disgruntled is an understatement she tells this woman also rude what occurred and that she was staying close to our daughter because she is SPECIAL NEEDS and this manager looks at our daughter and says she doesn't look special needs to which my wife responds oh exactly what look does autism have. The manager tells my wife she can ask her to leave and my wife says you don't have to we were already leaving and I don't really want to be somewhere that doesn't accommodate for SPECIAL NEEDS children. In the photo you can see where it's circled where my wife was standing and it's not on the mat. Bottom line if you have child that's special needs they won't accommodate you. Because of rude and unprofessional staff they had to leave the birthday party early without an explanationLaunch Trampoline Park

This customer review is absolutely incorrectly relayed! The mother of this child was on the trampolines walking around with her daughter, an employee approached her and explained she needed to have Launch socks on to be on any of our attractions. The mother told the employee she wasn't getting "f***ing" socks. That employee then contacted a team lead who went and spoke with her. When the team lead approached her, the mother of the child told this leader she wasn't "f***ing" moving or getting a "f***ing" pair of socks. That is when the manager on duty came up, the mother then decided she would step off of the trampolines and onto the floor where spectators stand. The manager stayed on the attraction to observe and when the mother tried walking back out onto the trampoline that is when the manager stepped onto the trampoline and said ma'am if you are wanting to come out with your daughter you must have Launch socks. The mother cussed the manager on duty and then gets her child and goes into the party room where they were attending a birthday party. The party host then came and got the owner because the mother was in the party room telling everyone how racists' the employees are because her daughter is special needs and she couldn't go out onto the trampolines with her. This is totally false, she is allowed onto the trampolines but like all other guest she must have Launch socks. We don't charge for a parent/guardian with any child/teenager with special needs we only mandate they have Launch socks on as well. The owner then went to talk to the mother. The only part of this customer review that is correct is that the owner did say to the mother, I hear you are disgruntled and I would like to help understand what is going on. That is when the mother proceeded to cuss at the owner, while the owner stayed very professional and nice not once cussing at this mother. While the mother was explaining her experience the owner said ma'am the only thing the staff needed from you were to have a pair of Launch socks. The mother was loudly proclaiming she wasn't getting "f***ing" socks and her daughter was autistic and we had ruined her life and she would never forget this experience. The owner looked at the mom and said how would the staff know this sweet girl is autistic? The mother responded "I KNOW SHE LOOKS LIKE YOU AND ME". The mother kept saying the staff isn't equipped to handle autistic kids and the owner explained to her we have a handful of autistic teenagers we employee and all of us care for everyone. This had nothing to do with the daughter, this was the mother who did not want to wear a pair of Launch socks to be on the attraction with her daughter. The owner explained to her this is a corporate policy then the mother told her they needed to change the "f***ing" policy. She said she would call corporate and write a review at that time the owner told her that was fine that corporate would also tell her all she needed was a pair of Launch socks. Our location did receive a call to our corporate office where the mom threatened an employee to the director she was speaking with by saying "she would break his f***ing arm, she continued to use profaned language to the corporate employee while her story changed a few times. Our corporate office is looking to see if this call was recording. We also have video showing that no employee ever touched this guest. It breaks our heart to think any child or family had a bad experience. Our staff loves to play with the kids that come here to play and there are numerous autistic children that come here just to play with our staff. As the owner was talking with this mother the son was asking to play games, the mother looked at him and said we aren't doing this "s***". That is when the mother looked at the owner and said this conversation is over. The mother told her children to come on and she led them to the door and left. ************** if you would like a response from the corporate employee please let us know and we will provide her contact for you. If further video is needed please let us know.Review fromTimothy H
