    EVERYTHING EVERYTHING EVERYTHING ************** said about *************** Firm is true. Mine did not break down completely, YET, but it is heading there. It has had spotty issues, off and on, in the few years I've had it and I tried to reach Enso many times, but NO info on the internet, and you really have to purposely work at it for that to happen. I've gone into Mattress Firm, and even called other retailers who carry Enso to see if anyone has contact information. CRICKETS! Saw this review and thought I'd give my two cents worth. This final attempt to reach them is because I do a lot of my computer work with the bed in the upright position. One of the nice adjustable bed features. Sometimes it will not go back into a flat position. If it finally fails in the flat position, I'm good, I can sleep. If it fails in the sitting-straight-up position, I have nowhere else to sleep. If I weren't moving, I'd buy a new adjustable bed now. When I move, the Enso will not be going with me, nor will I ever buy another. If you buy an Enso, know it is a DEAD END DEVICE with both the manufacturer and any retailer you use!

    I purchased an adjustable bed frame from Mattress Firm in ******, **************, manufactured by Enzo ********************** Systems, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The bed frame turned out to be of poor quality, and it broke shortly after purchase. ??Despite my efforts to contact **** ********************** Systems for a resolution, I have yet to receive any assistance or response from them. To my dismay, Mattress Firm, where I made the purchase, has also been unhelpful in addressing the issue. They claim there is nothing they can do about it and continue to sell the same problematic brand.??This lack of accountability and customer service from both Enzo ********************************************* and Mattress Firm is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing any products from either of these companies, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory.??In light of this situation, I am considering reaching out to the news to bring attention to this matter and ensure that other consumers are aware of the subpar products and service provided by Enzo ********************** Systems and Mattress Firm. It is crucial that this issue is resolved promptly and that both companies take responsibility for the faulty products they are promoting and selling.??Overall, my experience with Mattress Firm and **** ********************** Systems has been extremely negative, and I urge others to exercise caution when considering making a purchase from these companies.
