    Took my downpayment for construction of a 25k building and performed nothing. The said my deposit is non-refundable......

    When ******************** purchased our services, we initially requested only a video and pictures of the worksite in ********. However, we went above and beyond by personally traveling to ******** for a site check, even though this is not a common practice for us.
    Upon arrival, we encountered further issues. ******************** did not want to use any of our provided payment methods. We offered him multiple options to pay the remaining balance, but he repeatedly agreed and then disagreed with the terms. Eventually, he expressed a desire to pay with his credit card, but his contract clearly states that only the deposit can be made with a credit card, not the remaining balance.

    We have reached out to ******************** to come to an agreement so that we can proceed with building his structure, but he has been uncooperative despite the alternatives we've provided. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable as clearly stated in the contract he signed.

    When I ordered my building, I ordered black trim when the building was completed. I had a black roof, which was ordered with the white ridge cap and white trim all the way around the building. I contacted the company and told him I probably could live with the white trim, but not the white *** them if there was something they could do to make me satisfied, and they said it was my fault that the white was put on even though I had blueprints the builder had blueprints both showing black trim. I was at work during the full installation was called home to pay the installer and I put on the slip that I signed trim and they agreed that it was wrong trim but agreed not to do anything about it because they said it was my fault
