      I have had a maintenance contract with Triad Heating and Cooling for the past two years. It has worked out great. They schedule my maintenance appointments and always show up on time. **** is a wonderful technician that is respectful, knowledgeable, and great at explaining things to me. Triad has come after hours to replace a part that went bad on the hottest day of the year. They answered my call and kept me informed as to when the tech would be here. I wouldnt use any other company to service my heat/air.

      Best company I have ever known! They are dependable, reliable, honest, caring and give their very best to each costumer! All the technicians are amazing! **** the owner is very caring and compassionate and gives back to his community.

      Generator not working and they sent a tech out first thing in the morning to get it working. Life saver.

      Paid for an inspection on a home I was purchasing. Received a report that included TWO SENTENCES. One said that "Needs a good cleaning, but operational as it should be" and the other said "Water damage seen from where the drain line has gotten clogged at some point". That was the ENTIRE inspection report! So that's when I asked specifically if the technician tested the system in the emergency mode because my home inspector found some concerns in that area. I also included his statement of concern. I got the run around for a bit and then finally the technician suddenly stated in an email, "With the amount of rust and corrosion inside the furnace the EM heat was not turned on due to the possibility of the system shorting out and causing major issues". This was NEVER conveyed in his original report, but only AFTER I asked specifically whether he tested the unit in emergency mode and included the home inspector's concern! Very dishonest! I requested a refund to have another company do an inspection and received no acknowledgement whatsoever!

      Brian was prompt and professional. I really like how TR&C communicates through text which includes the time they plan to arrive as well as a picture of who is coming. There is also the feature of knowing their location so you're ready when they pull into your driveway. Excellent method for keeping in touch with clients.
