    I went to see a Dr. Lawrence Edward P**** on 4/17/2023@3:00PM as scheduled at Cox Family Practice. This place works with mental health services and soon as Dr P**** walked in he was rude and disrespectful degrading me for my mental health disability. He proceeds to be upset and seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I’ve been going to see him since I was a toddler and this time he had a lot of issues with my mental health disorder. He only began treating me for my mental health 8-10 years ago and now all of a sudden he said to me that the medication he prescribed me was not working and my mental health can’t be addressed by him. What it all comes down to is that I am on Short Term Disability and he said he was not treating because he was not going to do the paperwork so I can get paid and persue my long term disability. Then he slandered me and my spouse, he said I threatened his life and my spouse threatened him bodily harm. To which he has placed these notes in my file and now other doctors can see it, when it was turned into corporate I now have lower employee’s asking why me and my spouse threatened my doctor and they know I’m out of work now because of my mental health issues and has caused me a lot of problems. I had the owner William Damon C** see how he was lying on my husband and myself, then the doctor released me because he said that my mental health was not fixable and he couldn’t help me. He asked me what my problem was and told me to leave his office. I was crying and shaking having a panic attack and he was laughing at me, his nurse Ms. Marla witnessed how I was treated. Do not go there. Nothing was done to him after the owner confronted him and ask him what his problem was.
