      Terrible Company Now. They have gone downhill drastically. I called for an estimate on a piece of glass for the shower. I used them 6 yrs ago when service was great. They said in order to get someone out for that, he will need to bill me $500+ first. Their price came in at 40% higher than competitor but with no explanation. They then proceeded to charge $160 for the estimate. Unless you are an attorney, I have not seen that hourly rate.

      Customer started out this interaction being pushy and rude with our employee. The $500 payment was for 50% deposit to proceed with measuring and ordering the customers custom ******************** panel. The customer was provided a free estimate (no $160) charge. We do have an onsite consultation fee if customer wished to proceed following their FREE estimate, but was still unsure. Pricing was check following questioning from the customer and all items were priced per procedure. We can not accommodate pricing for others who do not understand business or market.This customer called and expected things to be exactly the same following Hurricane ****** a few months prior. We lost everything in this flood and were in the process of restarting the company after 65 years.

      Employee was rude and vague. It's funny how their competitor Wholesale Glass was super professional and $400 cheaper. I even suggested using them if they would give me a discount. I would have paid 200 300 higher to reuse them but the answer from employee was basically **** off. Lol. I guess they will probably be using ****** forever. Get over it. Disasters happened. Move beyond. Stop using as an excuse for poor customer service.
