    I have yet to ever come across a perfect place. The vets and staff at this place are amazing, truly care, and are compassionate! They can't save every animal despite how the loss of our beloved fur babies hurt us. But the care our Furry friends have received here has always been proficiently given and graciously received. People always complain when things are bad, but the good deserves to be put out there with just as much vigor. I trust this place and people with my fur babies and hope everyone has as great (or better) and experience than I have had

    Had a truly awful experience due to this place's mismanagement and incredibly poor communication that almost cost us the life of our beloved furbaby. We kept scheduling surgery only to prepare and arrive for surgery to find out they "didn't have enough staff" or "they had another emergency" or some other excuse, and each time they charged us a regular visit fee - this happened FIVE TIMES (several hundred dollars) before we managed to have the surgery elsewhere as a life-saving emergency. We even showed up without an appointment at one point because we were desperate, and they didn't have anyone to see us so they sent us away - then later sent us another bill for a sixth regular visit! Outrageous, awful communication, not to mention their records were completely wrong. If you love your furbabies, go elsewhere.
