    I echo everything that ******** said on 4/15/21. This company is a scam. They offer you a great rate to start, but then keep billing you monthly. When you try to cancel, they will not do it over the phone and in the meanwhile their parent company continues to charge you. The parent company will not address your complaints and send you back to the local company. They are just milking people in a sleazy business model. Their chiropractic services are minimal at best. They spend about 3 minutes with each patient to crack your back and your neck. It is really a shame that otherwise medically trained associates support this company's practices as chiros.

We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies to our patients so that there is no confusion or misunderstanding in order to avoid a situation such as this.Per our membership agreement, your plan has a 2 month minimum that will continue month to month until you request cancellation and turn in the proper form. This is necessary due to the medical nature of our account. Patients who elect to enroll with one of our money saving plans have those procedures explained verbally, and the main points are highlighted and initialed by the patient point by point, ensuring that they understand and agree to all points of the plan.Please, reach to us at the clinic so that we can assist you with properly cancelling your account.
