If I could leave NO STARS. I contacted **************** with ****** Law Firm in February of 2023 to acquire his services for bankruptcy. He informed me that after I paid the $1000, that would have to complete a class and send him any papers that he needed and I did so immediately. I then waited for a month and did not hear anything so I called but he, or his office did not return my call. I sent an email but it was not responded to. Each week, I made a call to him and sent an email for the next three months and heard NOTHING. No response. I began to think that maybe he was corrupt and left with my money. What else was I to think? At the end of April, I finally heard back from him. No apology but just an excuse of telling me that he had been busy moving to a different office. To busy for a 2minute phone call or email to his client after 3 months of wait!? How would you feel? I let him know that I should have been made aware of a move and how much work is involved in that, that my bankruptcy would not be dealt with until HIS needs were met; that there would be nothing filed for several months! He had no answer and no apology! Here we are at the end of October and STILL nothing has been done with our case! Recent ************** calls have been sent to tell him that I will be going in a different direction and will not be needing his services along with a refund since nothing was ever accomplished. Can you guess his reply? He said he's been diligently working on my case and will not be refunding. I have never dealt with such an under performing individual that calls himself a professional. All I can say is, if you are in need of filing a bankruptcy in these difficult times and you have no problem in waiting a year or longer for your bankruptcy to be filed and if it doesn't bother you that the person you hired to care for your needs, puts his above yours, then hire ********************* from ****** Law Firm. He is unethical and uncaring.
