  ** is a great guy and a professional who has been in the building biz for a lifetime. We had him replace a deck, which he did in a timely fashion, and we are very happy with it. ** was available and responsive if we had a question and he was very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for other work.

  ******** We previously contacted AJ for a barn addition. He listened to our needs, wants, and together we developed a realistic budget. He ordered the building materials thru a local builders supply and arranged their delivery. The materials were higher quality than we could have obtained at the local big box store and competitively priced. During the project AJ and his team arrived promptly each day. The project was professionally completed in a timely manner, within the specifications per the contract, and without any surprises. We will use ** again for future needs and have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

  I found AJ Lozica of Lozica Builders on BBB.org. I called him about building an extension on our deck and adding stairs. He responded promptly and we met April 22, 2022. He submitted a proposal, and we signed a contract. He and his crew started work April 28. They steadily worked on the project and completed it in mid-May. ** always promptly returned my phone calls and kept me informed every step of the way. Based on my excellent experience on this first job, I subsequently contracted with AJ for numerous other projects. All of them were completed quickly and professionally. ** impressed me with his knowledge, attention to detail, and insistence on making sure everything down to the smallest item was done correctly.

  AJ/Lozica Builders does what he says he will do, when he promises it will be done at the price quoted. He is conscientious, thorough and provides quality work which is why Lozica Builders is much sought after for fine craftsmanship in **************** and the Upstate. I can t find enough good things to say about ** and his work other than to say, choose him and you will be glad you did.

  Lozica Builders have been fantastic to work with. The owner took his time to explain each step of the job as they worked and went far beyond what I was expecting as far as the quality of work done. Im really happy that I hired them and I will be using them again on an upcoming project.

  If you want a job done right, then AJ with Lozica Builders is the guy for you. After speaking with several deadbeat contractors and having one walk off the job and absconding with our money, we were very skeptical when it came to contractors. AJ renewed our faith in the industry. Shortly into the project, we realized **'s dedication for excellence FAR exceeded our expectations. What he built, he built to last! He honored his initial quote, and didn't tack on any up-charges. He is truly a man of his word. I have already recommended him to my neighbor and a friend And that speaks volumes. I will definitely use him again. Thanks ** and team!!!
