      Good day,Republic Services failed to empty our recycle bin on our regular scheduled recycle bin pick-up day last Wednesday May 14th..on Friday, after many exhaustive attempts trying to report the issue on their hard-to-communicate with website, we called in..the representative on the phone took the complaint and supposedly scheduled a corrective pick-up for the following Monday May 19th..however, they never showed up, the bin was not emptied..please help us to get our recycle bin emptied by Republic and to do so going forward regularly on our scheduled pick-up days..thank you,bw

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you Asheville Republic office for your timely response including the contact info for the local office here..a Republic Services truck, worker came and emptied the recycle bin on the morning of Thursday May 22nd

      Republic services have been increasing cost steadily from the first year of the agreed upon 3 year contract. When I called to cancel I was told it had automatically renewed for an additional 3 years. We did not receive notice of the renewal as required by North Carolina statute *****, nor have we ever been informed of each of the price increases. I have reached out to the representative for our area as well as her manager and we are now being told to cancel we must pay around $3,000 or we can sign a new 1 year contract. This business practice is unfair to the consumer.
