      As the old saying goes, you can't please everyone although after being in business for thirty plus years I certainly try. This individual doesn't even use her real name when giving a bad review. I had prepared and filed tax returns for her for three years and then she went to someone else for a year and then returned the following year with a new job and a new email address that was a corporate email address. That corporate email address had some sort of blocker on it which prevented this client from downloading her tax information from my client portal system. There was no way for me to do anything about it as she would have to change the blocking mechanism from her end or her IT ***** Alternately, I asked her to provide a personal e-mail address which she eventually did and the problem was resolved that way. However, she was till mad at me for something I had no control over. Oh well, I tried.
