    August 29, Illuminated moving moved my property. During the move one of the movers broke the leg on my TV. He told me to get a new leg and send the bill. On October 14, I mailed a purchase receipt for $12.45, to ******** *******. I have not received the reimbursement, as of today.

    Hi, I have talked to the customer and a check is in the mail. We completed the job on August 29th and she sent a letter requesting a refund. I was evacuated for the hurricane and did not receive this letter until a little over a week ago. The customer and I have talked and everything is copacetic, she will receive the check any day now. Thank you so much!

    Hi, we have sent the check for $12.45 in the mail. I am sorry if you have not received it. We offered to send money via Venmo, Zelle etc. and to bring the check by in person as well to which you declined. The check should be there by now. If it is not there by the beginning of next week we can either send another one or bring you a new one in person. Please feel free to call me as we are trying our best to take care of this issue immediately and can bring a check to you tomorrow if need be.
