  They haven't refunded my money for a bad visit for a month an a half. Doctor was rude and dismissive. Rarely answer their phones, rarely call back. Was told I would have my money refunded in 5-7 days. Went to a different foot specialist and found out Southeastern sports medicine missed a Haglunds deformity and the beginning of a bone spur.

  This business lied about the cost of my visit. Told me the price would be $150 and then at the time of appointment told me Id be billed anywhere from $150-300! When the bill came in it was $328! Gave me unnecessary and unwanted **Rays and amounted to $355!! The office notes stated I didnt have pain in my wrist they wanted to **Ray and then the **Ray report says reason for **************** was due to pain in left wrist, which was a lie. While there, I told **************** that my father has had work done, for the same issue, by a Dermatologist and he told me that was a lie! That dermatologist dont do surgery. He sat there and argued with me about it. He refused to do the work that I made the appointment for & only suggested I go buy a compression wrap for my wrist. He also lied in the notes and stated that I refused any other treatment. He never offered any treatment! **************** is very unprofessional, rude and does not have bedside manner whatsoever! I discourage anyone from going to his practice.

  This provider has been unwilling to provide my insurance with the necessary billing codes and information to finalize my claim. Despite multiple attempts (calls and letters) by both myself and my insurance, the provider is billing me for thousands of dollars (when my insurance says I only owe a fraction of that amount.)Furthermore, despite being sent cease and desist letters, they (*** Healththe billing agent for this provider) continue to send me bills and are threatening to send me to a debt collection agency. My credit score is poised to be ruined because of their negligence. I cannot overstate the extreme levels of emotional distress this multi-month fiasco has caused me. My symptomsthe very ones I went to this provider for treatment forhave drastically worsened due to the stress of this situation.If you value your physical and emotional health, do not do business with Southeastern Sports Medicine and Orthopedics or **********.
