      On March 15, 2024;at the request of my wife, I brought the completed papers for an appointment with the doctor to one of the employees at the reception. Ten minutes later I was told that the application had been registered and they would call me about making an appointment with the doctor. Ten days later, I called to find out about the status of the application and, to my surprise, it turned out that my wifes name and surname were not on the list of new patients and they promised to look into it and call back. No one ultimately called back. I tried to contact through their site with a similar question, but no one answered either. I don't understand how you can treat cancer patients with such indifference.
