    The problem was so simple with a simple solution yet she made it complicated. She did not just lie, but she also has gaslighted me over simple error that she made. I wanted to return an item that was not the right description and Incorrect color. She then sent me a long paragraph and wanted me to just keep it by basically just buying it and I told her I still want to return it. She was ***** that she had to tell me to put it in original box which is not from the toy company and was just a random box and told me shipping of almost $10 was none refundable. Not only it was her mistake for sending me a wrong item which she shipped and packed but she made it complicated, inconvenienced me, lied to me, and gaslighted me because it was just a color and blamed it on me. I have never ever talked to a person who has a victim mentality and has a worst customer service, she only was incorrect about alot of things but she violated the Federal Trade of Commision. Something is wrong in the head of the owner and full of passive aggressiveness, oh she also, edited decievingly the image immediately after complaining about it, which I am happy that I already have screenshot, she then told me that if I dispute it in my bank that she will show documents, what document's exactly? no where in the policies which I reviewed says " If the company/sseller makes a mistake the buyers is responsible for the company's mistake therefore buyer should pay" in her words " I F up, you pay for my mistake" That policy only works if the buyers makes a mistake ordering not when a seller makes a mistakes which again, Federal Trade of Commision Violation, which is what she is doing to the consumers,. Never in my life have I encountered someone who is irresponsible and incapable, no accountability as a seller like ***** and never in my life I had to argue about a simple return unless you are a person like *****. At this point it wasn't about ***** thieving my money anymore, it was ***** whole being
