  Had on site inspection for a whole house water filtration system and was quoted $1,845.00. After system components arrived and installation scheduled the plumber then realized that our home would have to be rewired to accommodate the filtration system. So I canceled the project and asked for a refund and cancelation of $449 pre-paided Maintenance Plan. Tried communicating with Plumbsmart but their silence is deafening . Tried calling, tried their online chat messaging, Tried cellphone texting . Still waiting. They are dragging their feet. Their silence is deafening.

  Customer decided to cancel the work after a deposit was made and product was ordered. The maintenance plan was also paid and these 2 items, the project deposit and the maintenance plan, go into 2 seperate accounts and therefore a refund had to be made from 2 different accounts. We apologized for the delay and we have been in constant communication with the customer by phone and text and the customer is receiving a refund as per their request.

  I have used these guys several times and they always do an excellent job. All aspects of their organization are top notch and they are my goto for any plumbing issues. I cant say enough good things about them. Thank you for being an excellent company.

  Great Company. The staff is trained and took a lot of pride in there work. The also sale *******************************. Can't buy these in the Big Box stores. Plus offered me a 12 warranty!Super Happy !!!!

  Great people, great work. Not the most expensive, but not the cheapest. (You get what you pay for) they have options ranging from just fixing the issues to full on upgrades. Very straight forward and knowledgeable folks.

  If I could give zero stars I would. After bungling through an exterior water line replacement scheduled through my water line insurance company that selected them, we shortly thereafter had a water leak detected by my alarm sensor in my basement where they had improperly sealed the entrance point through the wall for the new pipe. Problem was I was **** miles away when alerted and when I called them, **** (their poorly trained operator), said they were 4-6 weeks out to fix anything. I explained this was an emergency caused by deficient work by their company. She said I would have to recontact the insurance company to get a new work order (to fix damages they caused). I did and they said they would issue a new work order immediately and call them to ok scheduling an emergency repair. I was contacted by PlumbSmart (an oxymoron) and said that the owner or ******* (their lead plumber) to fix this and to also a restoration company could accompany them for an appointment as soon as I got back to town. This was a passive ground water intrusion case caused by improper sealing of the wall they drilled through and I had a neighbor temporarily slow the damage by covering the floor with a massive amount of towels. I never was contacted and when I called to find out why they claimed they had not spoken to me about returning to fix the problem they caused and would need to recontact the insurance company to get another work order. I did and when the insurance company called them they refused to come leaving me With a damaged home and no solution yet as the insurance company trys to locate another plumber who will fix their shoddy work. DO NOT use this incompetent company.
