      Expensive substandard rentals. Maintenance issues ignored.Staff/Owner negligent and callous. Rented for 8 years.Dont rent from Asheville Phoenix Properties. Their priority is profits only. Not decent fair housing.

      We are honestly surprised to hear this. We do typically handle all of the maintenance with the owner of the properties approval, but at this particular rental, the owner handled all of the repairs. He also sets the rental amount. That being said the landlord was always quick to handle your maintenance issues. Over the 8 years your rent only increased from $950 per month to $1,200 per month, which is very reasonable for a 3 bedroom home in Asheville.
