      Read the low reviews because 95% are true with our experience with this company. I feel that the good reviews are obviously a friend, employees etc writing good reviews. They are the most unprofessional leasing firm I have ever dealt with in my 30 plus yrs of being a renter. They are very rude, lead people on applying, flat out lie, wont answer questions etc. We have proof on video. I wished I had read the reviews of Leslie and Associates before ever investing my wasted time with looking at an apartment. They lied about credit score etc. They wont reply why they got a supposed bad credit score because my roommate and I have good to excellent credit score with no evictions ever etc! We were a victim of fraud and identity theft a few years ago that got resolved, so there is no excuse whatsoever in the manner of not being accepted. Plus the fact we are with section 8 and never once a complaint to HUD by any prior landlord etc. it seems like discrimination in my opinion. My roommate and I are US Veterans with new college degrees, and I am disabled trying to hopefully find work in the future. This is so shameful on their part period! Thank you and please investigate this. They do not deserve an A+ BBB rating. The whole experience was very sketchy it seemed.

      This has nothing to do with anyone's credit score, and this person's co-applicant knows that. We were told one thing, but when we received the requested reports, they contained further information. That is all I am going to say about the facts. Once we discovered the further information, there was no need for anything additional, so this complainant got her $50 app fee refund because we did not run any reports on her; we never saw her credit report. For many different reasons, our company has received the brunt of some people's lack of understanding of certain situations, and that is regrettable.
