    Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Crawling with sketchy characters and people clearly on drugs. Probably selling drugs too. Avoid at night, likely to get robbed. I bet **** ***** has never seen this location. We found human waste and needles on the ground right in the front of the property. The chain link fences has holes cut in it so anyone can sneak it. Really disturbing, I would not be surprised if there are some bodies rotting in one of the lockers.

    Hello, After purchasing this property in 2022, we've taken many measures to improve the security of this facility, including installing 13 security cameras that are monitored 24/7 by staff. The property has a digital gate with access codes unique to each tenant. We secure all unrented units so they can't be accessed without being rented. We've also created a direct relationship with local law enforcement, who drive by the property frequently and assist us with security issues as needed. We also maintain strict access hours at this facility between 7am and 8pm, so nobody can enter outside of those hours.

    This place might be a money laundering or insurance fraud front. It is crawling with homeless people, there are regular break-ins, and it is disgusting. There is trash all over. Watch out for needles too. The "customer support" is all overseas, they don't care at all about what happens to you or your stuff. Avoid at all costs at night. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a meth lab in one of the units. Someone needs to shut this business down and raze the storage lockers to the ground. The owner should probably be put in jail too. Total disgrace.

    We apologize for any negative experience you may have had with us. Individuals living in units is not only forbidden but it is also illegal. We have 24/7 surveillance that is constantly monitored by our customer service team to ensure that only customers enter our facility. We also work closely with the local police if we see anything unusual while keeping a close eye on the property! We require insurance on all units but use a 3rd party for this (we are not an insurance company) if a claim is needed, we are happy to provide the necessary steps to submit one! The safety and security of our tenants and their belongings is our highest priority at all times!
