    Company gives you one price then charges you a different price. Treats you like complete c*** . When a store employee passed away from covid related phenomenon customers were not even told they had been exposed. Then accounts that had been started were lost or misplaced not connected unaccessible by the customers through the company's portal . From May -August I was emailing them daily or in the office saying please fix my account so I can pay and have access to my units. I was put off and put off.. a manager started I tried to pay her any balance I could. Even though 377 $ that I had a receipt for was not credited to my account when the previous manager passed away. The new manager told me she couldn't help me see didn't have computer access and couldn't take my money. This went on for weeks. Then out of the blue the company cut my locks locked me out . When I had been in touch daily In the office daily. I have emails screenshots , pictures of everything. Me begging for help. Then they removed their locks while I was in the hospital and left my units unlocked and things were taken from them my insurance didn't cover it because there was no lock on them. They seemed to not understand that I tried to pay their manager she didn't take my money they were in the wrong yet treated me like I did wrong . They tried to make me the victim into the one in the wrong yet I begged them to please get my account right
