      FALSE ADVERTISING BEWARE I had ordered a part with the next day air with a promised arrival day of the 12th. I had originally selected *** ground and called them immediately after to ask if I should cancel and reorder or pay the difference for next day air. I was told to pay the difference, I did. I told them PLEASE get this in the mail, I have a truck sitting and I need this part. He goes well, Ill try to get it out tomorrow, latest youd get it is Friday. Friday? Thats not what the website says but I said okay fine, hung up the phone. Friday comes and goes, no part. I email and call Asking for the tracking which they couldnt provide. Why? Ah, because as of Friday 6pm they STILL had not shipped it out. Called them again, spoke with ******. The stories I was told. It was delivered to the wrong address. No wait, its out of stock. Oh wait, its in stock and we will ship it out so you get it Monday. At this point my hands are tied, they still havent shipped it and I need this part so again, I say okay. LET ME TELL YOU not only is it not arriving until TUESDAY but they shipped it regular *** GROUND when I stressed the fact I needed it asap and paid over $100 to ship it quickly. The incompetence is mind blowing at this point. DO NOT believe the order by such and such time its a lie. UPDATE 6/17/25 the order has finally arrived via *** ground. I called again today to speak to a supervisor and got nowhere with them. The supervisors I spoke to in total are: ******* **** ******, *****. I do not believe these are actual supervisors. It was one big joke to them. They kept passing the phone around, muting me/themselves and sounded like they were eating food. I told them to give whatever refund they offered which was $150 and I want to get off the phone. They hung up on me so I have no idea whats supposed to be happening. Will update if anything changes.

      I ordered a part from this company, it was a used part. The picture that was on line looked great, however when I received the parts, it was junk. With tax and shipping it came to a little over $5,500. I did not accept the part. This company is trying to change me $1,500 restocking fee, I say trying because I am going to give them the fight of there life.

      I ordered a part December 29, 2023 and paid extra to have it delivered by 1/1/24. When January 1, **** came, I waited for the packing and tried to track the package but there was no tracking number.On January 2, **** I woke up and immediately contacted advanced truck parts. The first 2 times I tried my call it was immediately disconnected. The next time I called I had to call anonymous and that was the only way I was able to get connected. The first person I spoke with was a very rude lady named *********. At that point I asked to speak with her manager, she refused oh I cannot do that, only thing I can do is try to give him your number and he might call you back. I was then transferred to ******, who knew absolutely nothing. He asked for my order number again and repeated the same thing ********* said, as if they were reading from a script. I informed him of my situation and he says oh yeah we received your emails when you asked for a refund, if you dont need the part anymore we can cancel the order. So I asked, if the order has already been shipped like yall claim how can you cancel an order. I then informed him that I was requesting a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for and did not receive. His response was oh well you should have known you would not get it then that was new years, I responded by saying sir that was the option yall had listed on your website not something I requested, if that was the case do not advertise that date. I then asked for my tracking number, he was unable to retrieve it and would have to call me back in 5 minutes after he gets a better understanding of what is going on. ********************************************************* update, yet they sent an email claiming to have issued a refund for my $9 shipping. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and left reviews because this company is a scam. And upon leaving reviews I noticed they had company employees leaving fake reviews also.
