Shoppers beware, if you have run into a problem, dont expect Biblio to help out. Book was not sent but paid for. After several unsuccessful emails I disputed the amount with my bank. Then the seller refunded the money but not Biblio, no, they claim my bank already refunded (!!) me the money through my dispute. Thats improper business practice. Account deleted, I dont want to be a part of potential illegalities.

Hi ********, You have been refunded this full amount through your bank - including the order that was delivered. There is nothing more we can refund on our end. The dispute you opened was to refund this order. Once the bank did that via the dispute it is closed. The money the bank refunded you was from BIBLIO - we pay the bank for that via the dealer. I'm sorry this is so confusing - but I assure you that you've been refunded. We apologize this wasn't resolved faster and easier - if we could've refunded before the dispute it would have been far less confusing.S. K.

4 starsI paid $6.30 for a book that is almost as good as new. Plus, shipping was free! The lone downside was that the book took a little longer to arrive than advertised - 10 business days as opposed to between four and eight. Still, given the price, worth the wait. 5 starsBiblio is my first option for finding books. I rarely cant find something through them and the sellers they list have been great to work with. Shipping is fast, prices are very reasonable, and I love the option of being able to buy used books.Review fromdave r

Sent the wrong book. Would not correct the problem after multiple emails back and forth. I even sent pictures showing that they sent the wrong edition of a book that was uniquely identified by the **** number. Competing sites would have immediately authorized a return. We bought nine copies of the same book as Christmas presents all correctly done by other booksellers. I would never buy from nor recommend Biblio.comBiblio, Inc.

5 starsI was on a mission for a specific ***** ****** first edition and so I ended up on Biblio.com. Id never used or heard of the website before, so I was cautious, but the independent shop I purchased from through the site was delightful. I never received the book I purchased, and the tracking they give you is useless if youre not constantly checking it. They will not send you any updates like other reliable sites that your stuff has arrived on the day of! When I checked the tracking it showed the post office delivered it to the mailbox but I never got ********* wont refund me because of this. Never again will I order from them.Biblio, Inc.
