    Like other complaints that I just read, I also have a pending charge for $9.95 that I did not make. I am concerned that there will be further charges. It is showing pending 5/13/2024. I have never heard of this company before.

    Hello,

    I continue to get charges from Sustainable Keto Fuel.  I have not ordered from them nor have I heard of them until I saw them on my bank statement.  I am requesting a refund for the charges and assured that I can expect no additional charges.

    We checked the customer's account and confirmed that the refund has already been processed. There are no additional charges, as ***** mentioned. We have also canceled all subscriptions and closed the account when we issued the refund on 5/14/24. We are 100% sure the customer won't be charged again. Please see the screenshot of all refunded charges: one for $149 and one for $9.25. Thank you.

    I was charged ****** from this company. I didnt order anything. I only looked at a recipe. I dont even know how they got my billing information. I dont know anything about this product and have not received anything. I believe I was scammed. Thank you

    I have never heard of this company until it showed up on my bank statement of 995 and one for $149 I contacted the company and ask them what they were and inform them that I didnt order this they ask me questions about my name in my email address and I answered it they said since it was legit questions and I answer security questions they cannot give me my money back so I contacted my bank and it has to be Im doing a Dispute and I havent heard back from my bank I am on disability and I cannot afford to be taken out of my account at this time it has an all my checks and bills I was hoping that I can get care something back from you guys and helping me out with the situation thank you

    Company charged me twice ****** and 9.95 for keto fuel that I didnt order. My bank cannot dispute the charges because they are pending. I called the company and they said they couldnt reverse the charges even though I didnt order the product. Hopefully my bank can do something when the charges post. This company has scammed me!

    This company is saying I ordered e-book, thru a promotion they had. I did not order anything from this company. I had ask for them to cancel and refund. They told me they could not do that. They told me their policy was not to cancel and refund anything. I saw an ad for ************ that you could get it for 12 months for $ 2.00. That is what I signed up for and that is how they got my debit card number. I have never heard of a company that would not let your cancel and refund your money. I have not received anything from them, so this to me is theft. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me it would be 48 to 72 hours before a supervisor would call me back. I have never heard of a business that when you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you they can not transfer you and that in 48 to 72 hours a supervisor will call you back. I have no supporting documents as I did not order anything from them. The charge showed up on my bank account and that was the first I knew of it. There was also a charge for $ ***** from them that they did refund, but they refuse to refund the $ ******. I filed with my bank, but when they called about it they told them this was a verified charge, so my bank won't refund the charges either.
