  I was just lied to. They said they guaranteed appointments, and I spent 2 months driving to appointments that didn't know they had scheduled anything, or just turned me away when I got there. Then, the company ran out of phone numbers to call in the zip code list I provided, which was several cities and a substantial amount of people. This meant they weren't sending me appointments, and weren't refunding anything. Other people from my team, in a different state, also joined in receiving leads and had the same results. When I talked to the company about receiving a refund for not running appointments they said that because the other people in the company that joined had "lied" about sitting appointments they wouldn't refund mine. I asked for them to provide legitimate reasoning for not doing so and they couldn't. When I pressed further they said that they used the word "sit" and "appointment" very loosely. Despite the contract being very clear about being credited for refusals the company wouldn't refund me. They finally said they'd return half of my investment because they couldn't provide any proof to me that I asked for about their claims that I sat with people. I did sit with one person, and was open about that, but they said because I talked to more people on their doorsteps it counted as an appointments. They gave me the option to either take half of my investment back, or take them to court. It seemed a bit drastic, and I already lost money by investing, and by running around for 2 months to pointless "appointments" rather than running real appointments from my team, so I took half my money back and accepted the loss. All the complaints I see are them claiming they dont have that person in their systems, but Im happy to provide my contract that they didnt honor if it were ever called for.

  Hey ****, it is unfortunate you left this review after we already came to terms and sent a partial refund to you in July and you decided now to write a negative review here in October. As discussed if the appointment does not show, then you are able to dispute it. There was a high dispute rate and we found that your team members were lying on the disputes, which puts you in breach of contract. Upon giving you a partial refund, we thought that we have come to terms. This is just a bit of a surprise you are going this route and we are requesting that partial refund to be returned at this time if it is not a sufficient resolution for you.

  Ehlen Analytics has been an amazing company to work with. I bounced from a few different agencies in the past because I did not fully understand what I was paying for in the past and would just blame whoever I was working with. The analogy they gave me is ***************** is like personal training. You can see the personal trainer 3 times a week, but if you are not dieting and doing your due diligence outside of the personal training, you will not see the best results. This is true with ***************** and with working with my account Manager ******* we have a great relationship and always working together to better our online presence. Great company to team with that can really break down things to you so you understand. Thanks again guys.
