    Gave a $2,500.00 Deposit on 8/15/2022 I have been calling talking to everyone that works there and they tell me You must email *************************** (owner), which I have 20 times, he replied 2-3 times in the beginning telling me he can't get product (pellet stove) 17 others times he will not respond.I went there twice with no response.Money returned.

    It seems ************************ account of the number of emails is off, as some were a simple "thanks for checking" after I had already responded, however I did have a delayed response to his last one as I am and have been out of the country.  ******************** checked in frequently on his order even though the manufacturer of the product had indicated delays in shipping until November in the beginning.  The ship date from the manufacturer did move to December and we did ultimately receive the unit mid-December.  We then closed for the Holidays but as of this week I  requested to set up the delivery/installation of his product as soon as we re-open after the new year.  I have very limited access to internet and will replay as it's available until January 2nd. Thank you.
