    Came here a while back just to have my computer reset and get a fresh install of windows. First I had to literally explain what the **** / boot menu is to the two elderly ladies behind the counter. Then she tried to convince me that I'm better off just buying a new computer entirely (which she conviently sold) despite me explaining that this is a brand new $2000+ high-end computer. When she realized I wasn't going for that she quoted me $300 which is just insane. I called around afterwards and every place in Greenville quoted me around $50 - $75. I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, either they genuinely don't know what they're doing and are computer illiterate / naive or they do in fact know what they're doing and they were intentionally trying to get over on me. I'm not sure which is worse. However, I left a similar review recently on ****** and they immediately reported it for removal, which makes you wonder how many other low rated reviews of theirs we aren't seeing. I had noticed the manager responds to all of their ****** reviews. Assuming it could have just been a new / bad employee, I was originally interested in seeing what the owner had to say but I didn't expect them to just hide my review. Them doubling down on all of this shows their true (sketchy) colors. All things considered this place is just way too shady to ever justify returning, do yourself a favor and call around.
