    We sent in a golf cart controller part to be rebuilt. The rebuilt part they sent ** was faulty according to our ********************** repair person. We are asking for a new, property working, part to be shipped to use and we can send the old one back. The company is not answering our emails and when we call it rings a few times and then says the "User is Busy"

    Order #********* I reordered these parts on 11/07/2022 because I never received the first order, I wound up getting them from a neighbor, the post office put them in the wrong parcel locker. I submitted a ticket and THE ***** WAS CANCELED. I NEVER received a refund of $239.74 to my *********** Mastercard ending in 0956.I have called several times to both Golfcar catalog (no one answers) and Mountain Top (no one answers, and the voicemail is full) I submitted a ticket on 11/16/2022 and have NOT received a response. I also have emailed several times and have NOT received a response.
