      Contractor came to my home after Hurricane ******** did a walk thru and told me he take care of my house.It took a couple years to get money from insurance company. When I received the money (******) I contacted the contractor and took him the insurance adjusters report and Engineer's reports that the insurance company sent to my home.He told me there were a lot of people ahead of me on wait list.I spoke to him on phone a couple times during this period of time.The last time I spoke with him on phone, he indicated that I was not on any list and he didn't even know where my paperwork was .I tried call him , no answer, no return calls. He never told me he didn't want to do the work or any other excuse.He lied to me, he never responded back with any negative comments and I waited over 18 months for him, only to find out my money wasn't good enough for him.When I picked up my paperwork, he said it was to complicated.He never once told me to find someone else to do the work.
