    Terrible customer **********************! As others have mentioned, the receptionist is terrible! Good luck explaining anything to her, ***** hardly be able to get a word out without her interrupting. I have called 10 times over the past 2 months trying to get teals to come out and re run a gas line under my house to my stove in my newly renovated home! I had called before ever moving in and always got the response h*** give you a call. Now that ** moved into the house a month later Im without a stove and forced to eat out every night because their terrible service! The lady must not ever write anything down because every time I call she never remembers speaking with me or never has any information regarding the service Ive requested. I had my girlfriend call and the receptionist lied to her and said they had tried to call this morning which was not true. Im gonna hire someone else to run the gas line and flair it for my stove hookup and once my tank from them is empty I will be taking my money elsewhere! Update: he called me the following Sunday telling me hed be there Wednesday and that hed give me a call before heading over. I had someone at the house waiting all day wasting their time because he never called or showed. When I called the terrible receptionist told me he went out of town and I said dont you think the professional thing to do would be to call the customer who you told youd be there and let them know something came up? She hung up on me!! Terrible company!!!

    ****************** was loud and very rude. I did not hang up on ******************. I tried to inform him that I had another call on the other line he was not listing. When I switched back to him he had hung up. I called him back he was still rude and informed me that he would turn me into the BBB. Prior to our conversation ************ had already told ****************** he would be there Wednesday and that he would call before he come. When ************ called ****************** that evening ****************** said that nobody was available to meet him there that evening then the job was reschedule for the next day and the job was started and completed that day. Then the bill was mailed to his father.

    At the time the job was completed ****************** had not moved back into the residence.
