    I have purchased a season pass for the past few years and did so again on 10/27/23 in the amount of $452.00. I recently tore the meniscus in my right leg and will be having surgery in Jan/Feb of **** and will not be able to ski this year. I contacted Beech Mountain Resort yesterday and was directed to ******. I explained my situation and was not asking for a refund...*********** what I paid toward pass next season, as I have not and will not be able to ski this season. ****** was rude, unsympathetic & immediately started spouting out terms and conditions and telling me that I agreed to them when I purchased the pass. When I asked to speak to someone else or if there was anyone above her, she told me good luck. I am a local business owner myself and this is just poor customer service and business practice.

    Good morning.  I have attached above the policy that customers see while making an online purchase.  There is the actual terms and conditions and the box to check that you acknowledged and agree to these terms and conditions. I have also copied below the cancellation policy found on the purchase page. 

     

    Beech Mountain Resort Lift Tickets Written Cancellation Policy:
    All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed or transferred. We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions or open terrain. Your credit card account will be charged for the total amount of your purchase, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. Credit will not be given for any unused purchases and unused tickets cannot be used towards future purchases.

    Good morning.  I have attached the items above showing where the customer must sign/initial policy during the online purchasing process.   Policy pic2 shows where the customer must click "I have read & agree to abide by the terms and conditions".  Policy pic1 shows the terms and conditions from the highlighted "terms and conditions" agreement.  This customer made an online purchase on 11/15/23 to be redeemed on 12/26/23.  Below is the policy, also stated on the slope ticket purchase page.
