    Thus electrician *** Pruitt gave me as estimate on my home that I closed on 3/28/24. After reaching out on my end many times and many broken promises that h*** communicate and set up an appt to do this work, all efforts to get him out here to do the estimate work have failed. All I ask if that he do this estimate work in order to have my home safely up to code and soon.

    I did give a proposal to do an electrical job for ***************************.  When I sent her the proposal I told her I was very covered up with my work and could not get to hers for a while.  I later told her she should probably get another contractor to do the work due to my overload.  She said she had gotten other quotes and they wanted too much money to do the work and she would wait on me.  My proposals are only good for 10 days, she never returned a signed proposal.  Therefore, I do not feel obligated to do this work for her. Her house was built in 1967, she bought it well aware of the list of items the home inspector (not a licensed electrician) had reported to her.  The only thing we discussed that would justify replacement was the electrical service riser on the City of Gastonia's side of the meter feeding the property.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I said I accepted your proposal and thought I had signed it. Its bad business to keep putting someone off, not being a good communicator, and not being able to make an appt to do the work. Also you are extremely rude.

    At this point, I do not think we can work amicably together and you should probably get ******* to do your work.  As I have only quoted the job and have not started work on the project.  I do not feel comfortable working with you. I also find you to be hard to work with and want things done at the cheapest price and on your timeline which I cannot meet.  So sorry for your inconvenience but I am a small business (me and one helper) and had several jobs (commercial jobs) I had to finish before getting to yours, as I previously explained to you.  So at this point, I will not be able to help you.
