I contracted with Envirosafe for the **************** in June. I was informed that they were updating their website and the initial fee was $225.00 not $125.00 as indicated.I asked if everything else was the same. Yes was the answer. I asked several questions to verify. Breakdown is included in the support documents. I was told I could pay the initial fee when they came out and could pay monthly or quarterly, for the remainder; I chose quarterly which is indicated on my receipt. I paid the $225 initial fee when service was performed on June 9th. They sprayed around the outside, I did not want them inside - I don't do well with chemicals. I kept seeing palmetto bugs but after awhile I saw fewer and then hardly any, then I started seeing more. I called July 13th to have them respray. I was told that since it was after 30 days there was a re service fee of $40.00. NO WHERE in any of their literature or in any previous conversations has there EVER been a mention of a re service fee. After some discussion the Office Manager told me she would check with an owner and call me back. From that discussion I concluded that they DO NOT come out in between quarters without a re service fee either. I called three times July 14th left a message twice. I called Saturday morning July 15th at 10:45, no response and left another message. In this message I requested that the owner call me by Monday end of business day or they would leave me no recourse than to file a formal complaint.I sent them an email as well.I called Monday from a different number, got an answer and was told she recently received a reply from the owners and there would be a re service fee of $40.00 and they would have to spray inside other wise I could call another company. I asked her to have the owners call me and was told the owners do not call that was her job as office manager. When I asked why it was indicated differently on website and paper receipt she said she did not know.

our office went out as scheduled for an initial treatment of roaches/palmetto bugs on 6/9/23. We offer a one time limited reservice within the first 30 days after your service as indicated in our invoice. If after that, we charge $40 if in between regularly scheduled quarterly services. This customer called in with complaints of ongoing bug sightings after that warranty period and was offered and return visit for the $40 fee and refused to pay.

      Thanks,

      Felicia

I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously they missed the point of my dispute. Please review the attached information in my original letter. They advertise NO re service fee. Clearly they do not honor what they offer.

We will be glad to go back out and do a one time reservice for this customer as offered to her originally but we will have to do the inside and outside of her home to adequately, be able to help rid the home of the pests she is continuing to have. We will not offer any type of refund.

I am rejecting this response because:

In response to the company's response.

I cannot have them spray inside due to my chemical sensitivity, it does not mater that it does not smell.

I would be open to having them re service the outside.

HOWEVER... their website still advertises NO CHARGE RE SERVICE!!!

Since that is what they advertise there should never have been an issue.

      I need to know...

Do they re service in between quarterly services without a fee or not?

      Simple question.

If I have a problem in the future, are they going to come out as part of the contracted price or am I going to have to go through this all over again?

We will be glad to arrange a time to come out to provide an exterior only reservice for this customer but the charge will be $40.  The rate quoted to her for ongoing discounted quarterly services (no contract) is $105, as long as services are scheduled every 3 months. Her regular quarterly service has now past, being due September 2023.

I am rejecting this response because:

I received a text from ******* 26 September as a reminder about having service rescheduled stating "Your home is due for the next quarterly pest control service. Please let me know what works for your schedule and I will be glad to get an appointment on the books for you. We are currently scheduling for next week and the following.

I responded today - "Thank you for the text. We still have an unresolved complaint with BBB"

And now she is stating I am out of the contracted quarterly service time.  It has not even been ten business days !!!

My response was delayed because I am working on a large project with a series of deadlines and I needed to have time to contact BBB before I responded to her text.

I responded to her prior message to BBB over a month ago and NOW I get a response from them... after its "too late" .

I specifically asked in my last response if I needed re service at another time,  would I  have the same problem and NO RESPONSE.

This is poor and dishonest business ethics and practice. It is dishonest because they still did not honor their original contract which states that there is NOT a charge for re service. I was told when I contracted with them that I would receive a reminder when it was time to reschedule. Responding within ten business days is acceptable.
