    I am rejecting this response because:

    They are not telling the truth.  I only have  the last three texts I sent them.  I made my calls to them from my home phone number.

    I would not have taken this matter this far had they responded to me as they should  have.  My friend, who was to be the recipient of the wearable gift contacted them many times as well.  She gave up after they promised to send a replacement twice, but it never came.  We shall see if I ever get the replacement they have now promised me.  An apology should accompany it but most likely will not come.   They made it sound like they were totally innocent.  They never would bave done the right thing, and did not, until I told them I was contacting the BBB.

    After carefully reviewing our records, we found two orders placed in February 2025, but no orders matching the description from May. We also checked all voicemails, call logs, texts, and emails we found only a single missed call in June without a voicemail, and no emails or texts regarding this issue.

    Regardless, we stand behind our satisfaction guarantee. As a courtesy and commitment to excellent service, we have shipped a free replacement necklace under order #******. Tracking details will be emailed shortly.

    We hope this replacement resolves the matter fully, and we encourage the customer to contact us directly via email or phone with any further concerns. Our team is always here to help.

    Were sorry for the frustration this has caused and sincerely apologize for the experience. While the original purchase was actually placed several months earlier than mentioned, we understand the disappointment when a gift doesnt meet expectations and communication feels one-sided.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is the most I could expect out of them. It is so very sad that it takes a complaint to your fine organization for them to even consider any type of response. I wish I could even say their customer service was poor, as it was actually non-existent. But as I have already filed a complaint with my credit card company, and you, the BBB, I do now consider this matter closed. You should expect more complaints to your company about their deceptive monthly fees and lack of business principles involving clients trying to cancel these fees.

    After reviewing our records, we found one charge for a *********** membership through our site, ******************************. This membership includes monthly faith-based downloads, access to exclusive discounts, and a free monthly item.

    To complete checkout on our membership site, customers must actively check a box confirming enrollment in the program. However, we understand how this could be missedespecially since we also operate a separate non-membership website.

    Because you did not intend to enroll, weve gone ahead and canceled the membership and refunded the full $14.95 to your original form of payment.

    On May 24, 2024 I place an ordered $17.01 in merchandise from Positive Christian as a legitimate order. After that one time only order, Positive Christian began charging my credit card every month since then beginning May 29, 2024. From May-Oct, 2024, the charges were $7.95 per month..Then from Nov 2024-Feb 2025, the charges were $9.95 per month.And Mar-Apr 2025, the charges were $14.95 per month. I have not ordered anything since that one time order May 2024 and there is nothing on their website stating there would be a monthly fee if you order from them. Ive called & texted the company numerous times but always get a voicemail & never a response to my texts. I received 1 return call but missed the call & no relevant information was left on the voicemail. Ive asked them to stop charging me this monthly fee and to refund what they have charged me. As if 4/17/2025, they have fraudulently charged me $102.45 in these bogus monthly charges.On 3/22/2025 my credit card company (*******) put a stop payment from them on my ***** but the charge is still coming through. Im going to end up having to get a new **** to make this stop.I believe this is fraud and the company has done. Nothing to try to resolve this despite my many phone calls and text messages. Please can you help?

    I ordered 3 butterfly Keychain to hang from rearview mirrors on August 27. $ was charged to my credit card but never received estimated delivery date.     I ordered the stand with ****** cross and Star o ***** over a month ago and it had not come. I called customer service over a week ago and the man told me he would send it right out. No show so if it hasnt been sent, cancel it and credit my card, please. I wont order again.
