    1. On 2/6/2025, ** ***** ***** gave me an estimate for trimming and thinning 6 crape myrtles. As well as deep fertilization of those trees and several bushes. I paid him that day by check for a total of $2435.00.2. The fiertilization was to be $135.00 for each ***** ****** ($810 total) and $125 for the bushes. 3. Mr ***** and his crew showed upon 2/11/2025 to do the work. The crew did trim and thinning the crape myrtles. But Mr. ***** was unable to do the fertilization bc he felt bad. And because he didnt have his hose with him. He left before the crew started to work.4. My check for $2435.00 hit my account on 2/13/******. Unfortunately, Mr. ***** ended up being hospitalized and subsequently passed away. I have tried to contact the business but no one answers and no one returns my calls.

    We hired ********************* and TreeCare LLC to remove six trees from our backyard on May 25, 2023. The crew did the job quickly and cleaned up and left. ***** came to the job and the end and took my check. After I end my work for the day I went to inspect the job a little closer and I found that a concrete pad that I keep my RV on had been damaged. It had clearly had a big impact to it which caused cracks to run throughout the pad. The cracks had been covered with dirt. I contacted ***** about it and he apologized and he said he would come out and look at it and also talk to his crew about it. ***** did not come out to inspect the damage but he did call me and he said he had talked to the crew and a ***************** admitted he had dropped a log on the pad and caused the damage. The ***************** told ***** he had covered the cracks with dirt to cover it up and make it appear the cracks had been there a long time. ***** texted me later and said that he and a concrete guy would come out on June 2nd and inspect the pad and see what would need to be done to repair it. ***** nor the concrete guy came on June 2nd. I texted ***** again and he said he had been busy and there would some different options on fixing it and they will get it repaired. After June 9th, I have made multiple attempts to contact ***** by phone and left voice mails each time both on his personal and business phone, texted his personal and business phone, and email him, and he has refused to respond and contact me. I have attempted to contact him in June, July, August, September and October and he has not responded. At this point he has ghosted me and he is not being accountable for the damage his company has caused.
