    My name is ********************* and I am the head project manager for Triple Earth.  Previous work had been done at the home which was not disclosed. I informed ****************** that him not disclosing any prior attempts whether they were done correctly or not, was not right and led to a mess and put lives in danger. May 2nd a call with *****, ***************** & myself ****** asked me if I would finance over four months the balance of what he owed on the work that we completed plus the additional decorative stone that was 2 tons to be installed. I agreed with this with no labor fees. We did not ask for more additional money on our original scope of work that we agreed upon before we started the project. As a matter of fact, we performed an extensive amount of extra grading, had to re-dig out areas of a drain trench that collapsed over three times, had to work in an area, where only the major utilities were marked, and none of the irrigation, wiring, or lighting, was never marked out. I accepted Triple Earth providing interest free financing over four months for decorative rock & his final payment from his original contract. Integrity is to let ****************** know that even factoring in all the things that have happened we are still willing to help him with that final decorative stone and small requested finish list. ****************** currently owes Triple Earth $1725 on the original contract.  We appreciate **************** amending his ****** statement from his original statement. We are 100% wanting to wrap this up in the reasonable manner that we already thought was agreed-upon. We are willing to go further once there is a written an agreed-upon final agreement. Please let me know if there is anything else further needed, I would be happy to have a conversation with all parties at any time.
