    The employees at the ticket booth are the rudest employees ever to the clientele!! They have the worst attitudes and talk to people in such a hateful way! the staff there and owners dont care enough to follow up with customers when a bad review is made. AND instead of acknowledging their mistakes they block the people off their ******** page that have anything bad to say. This is a place that gets lots of customers. thousands a night and they have no EMS or medical emergency equipment on site ! there has been one death there already this year that could have been avoided if they had medical staff on site. with as much people as they get, THERE NEEDS TO BE EMS! the traffic in this place is not safe, it provides no pass through for medical vehicles coming in. There is no handicap accessibility here. no benches for people to sit down if they need too. this place is over crowded. the wait times are ridiculously long and so are the lines. they only have 2 trains they should have 3 or 4.
