    ***** Roberts is probably one of the most honest contractors I have met. He is very responsive and knows the over head door business inside out. Its refreshing to deal with a honest small company. I will us him again.

    I called ****** Overhead Doors to basically appease my husband, who insisted I speak with Roberts Overhead Doors, because they were good people. However, I had pretty much made my decision abt the contractor & the door. After all, I had my installer (who I thought was great), the garage I wanted to purchase and I was happy with the price! I made the call close to 5pm & didn't expect to hear anythg for a few days, which didn't leave a lot of time for discussions, samples, supply chain issues, etc.. The timeline was tight bc the VA approved wheelchair lift, could no be installed without a signed contract to purchase new garage doors and a wall mount direct drive system. The standard rails were only 5.5 ft above the deck landing for the wheelchair lift, which of course did not meet code. ******************************** returned my call after 6pm (humm?), offered to drop off color ****************** from various ******************** the websites for me to review prior to his visit the next day. He quoted the same doors at a bigger discount & a few free extras (not free w/my guy? humm?). Then he schooled me on Garage Doors 101, because I had NO idea... about my lack of knowledge on garage doors. I finally made my selection 3 weeks after the samples were dropped off at the house, 4 days after that, I received a call advising my selection was no longer available. A few days after I was told my selection was not available, I got a call from the VA installer advising they wld be installing the lift the next day, as long as I had a signed contract to purchase the new garage doors with the new operating system and... he needed to meet the installer. Mr. ********************** agreed to an ETA of 1pm the next day with color samples, hardware samples, info on the operating system and a contract to sign.

    I have used Roberts Overhead Door to address all of my garage door needs for the last fifteen years. The company is prompt and offers quality doors and materials. Workmanship is tops! We moved into a new home in ****. The garage door that was installed was builder grade and before long, it began to deteriorate. After ten years, it was literally falling apart. Roberts Overhead Door to the rescue! We had ***** and his company install a new door and motor. What a difference it has made! I am happy to recommend this company. You won't regret it!
