I have worked with Celey's Plumbing since 2000 when my home was built. When I have had issues, which have been rare... I called Celey's in case something was not correct. We had our Tankless water tank replaced, after TWO YEARS of insane banging hammer noises keep my new neighbors up night after night. I didn't call Celey's initially bc I have one of those whole house warranty plans. However, after two years and 3-4 plumbing companies... I called Celey's. The Tech arrived on time & professional, after an hour he gave us an up that he was on the phone with Renni and he was still trying to save the unit (save us over $3,000). Unfortunately, the unit being almost 15 yrs. old... it could not be revived. In the mist of all the supply chain issues, Celey's gave us the best time line ( the worst time line was 4-5 wks w/ NO HOT Water in January ;0 ) I would have given them a 4.5 Star vs a 5, because a different Tech came back to install the unit, but had issues w/w not communicated to me. We had to wait another week or so, but I had a conversation withe the Supvr **** who reassured me, he would personally come to our home and felt confident he would resolve the issue. **** arrived on time and ready to get to work. He went to the crawl space, told my husband he would be back in an hour or so and left. A hour and 15 mins. later he returns ,does what he needed to do and 30 mins later he was checking the ****** adaptor which is 2 floors up & opposite side of the house from the location of the ******. He stayed an additional 30-40 mins to make sure the hot water stayed hot and it has worked like a charm from that point.
I sent an e-mail 4:30am this morning to get an appointment with Celey's because we have a leak in one of our showers behind the tile ;(. I think it was 9:01am and **** was calling me back concerned abt the leak. I explained the situation and advised... I wanted to be on the schedule, because once the tile was taken down, I needed them here asap.
