      RV ONE superstore/ Blue Compass RV in ***************. Sale of the rig was great but the moment we drove it off the lot ALL service stopped. They are supposed to bring the rig in 60-90days after purchase to fix any issues that have arrive since the purchase. We contacted them multiple times about getting the rig in for cosmetic repairs 60,90,120, etc. no response from the service department. We bought in March 23. Finally in October 23 we called them and said, we are already up here in ******* with the camper, we are dropping it off since you have failed to return calls Cosmetic small fixes and winterizing(since we didnt know how long it would be there). We were told 2 months turn around for pickup. Every two weeks for 6 MONTHS!! My husband or I called about getting our rig back and an estimated finish time. ****, who was the service manager at the time did NOTHING to the camper for 5 months! Let it sit in the service lot. Now he has moved up to sales and is now selling RVs when he couldnt do his job as service manager!We were told we could pick the rig up first weekend of February and my Husband called the day before scheduled pickup to be told they have a NEW service manager and the parts department ordered the WRONG PARTS and its no longer ready for pickup! How is that possible considering we were ALREADY SCHEDULED for pickup the following day if the work still hasnt been done!!! We were in ******* on Thursday for medical treatment so we stopped in to talk to someone about the complete lack of professionalism and service. We talk to them and explain that we are getting the camper today(Saturday March 2)no exceptions!My husband drives up there to get the camper today and not only was it NEVER WINTERIZED, they broke our faucet in the kitchen , the seal in the toilet and we have no idea how many more lines are damaged due to their lack of due diligence. Almost NONE of the warranty work was done and they are STILL making excuses as to why.

      I purchased my RV in September 2021 from RV one superstores in ******, **************.Within the first month, I had an issue with the water pump leaking and causing damage to the cabinets. Along with a few of other issues. I turned my RV into their location in December 2022 for warranty work.I tried calling the business on several occasions, and spoke with ****. Who is my service advisor. He always told me he didnt have any updated information and would let me know whenever he would find out what the warranty would cover.I have made several attempts to call this business, and have somebody return my calls to no avail.I am currently in the *************, and decided that since I hadnt heard anything from this company Since December, I would have some of my friends who live in **************, go and pick up my RV.When my friend showed up to pick up my RV they were told that I had $1000 bill that I owed. I explain to my friends that I did not authorize any work to be done that the last time I spoke with anybody on the phone and I was told that they were waiting to find out what would be covered under the warranty.I have tried to call this business on three separate occasions since finding out that I have $1000 bill owing. I have tried to call the General manager, ***************************, left several voicemails and he does not return my calls either.They are saying that I cannot have my RV until I pay off this bill. However, I never authorized any work to be done on this, and I never would have authorized $1000 worth of work to be done on it when it shouldve been covered under warranty. I have since had to rent an apartment because I was living in my camper at the time and I cannot afford $1000 bill.

      We purchased a 2020 22rk ***** Travel Trailer in February of 2021. After our first trip we made note of a number of issues that are covered under warranty. The major items is the refrigerator did not stay cold the water heater door was warped and the slide was not working properly. At the time we were working with ****. They took the camper in and did some adjustments to the water heater , replaced a harness on the slide and ordered a new fridge door from Jayco. The slide still did not work properly.( would get stuck open) We had failure almost every trip. (8 or 9 trips) Some trips so bad we had to pay 300 dollars for an on site rv tech to help us get it in. Other times ******* walked us through resets and suggested we need to have it lookef at. We called and texted about a dozen times over the next year or so, most of the times no response, At one point they even had on thier voice mail nobody answers the phone and you must txt them. The last time was roughly 2 months ago when **** informed us he was leaving and someone would call us. Nobody did even though we have left several messages and texts. We finally after yet another failure paid 200.00 to have someone look at it and they said the harness was installed incorrectly. He also felt they messed up the slide and it may need to be completely reinstalled which he doesn't do. The slide works half the time the next 5 trips after he fixed the harness. It failed our last trip. The fridge still doesn't get cold. We were told 1st they forgot to order the part and then were told they lost the part and have to reorder. This was 8 or 9 months ago..the camper has a 2 year warranty and ***** tells us we have to work with a ***** dealer. Rvone is the only dealer in our area. Since we cannot travel with a slide stuck out and can't keep paying emergency techs to fix the slide the camper is unusable. We had to purchase a small 12 volt fridge to use as the fridge won't get cold enough to be safe.
