    Complaint Description Business Details:- Business Name: Barefoot Outdoors - Website: www.barefootoutdoors.com - Type of Transaction:** Online purchase Transaction Details:- Date of Transaction: Approximately 3 to 4 years ago (around May/June 2020)- Amount Paid: Initial purchase and recurring charges of $24.92 - Items Purchased: A T-shirt and some stickers - Advertisement Platform: ********* Nature of the Dispute:I made a purchase on Barefoot Outdoors website after seeing an ********* ad but never received a confirmation email. I found comments on the ********* post alleging the company is a scam and charges for a monthly membership without proper contact information for cancellations. I emailed Barefoot Outdoors for a refund, and then noticed a recurring charge of $24.92 on my credit card around the 26th to 28th of each month for the past several years. My credit card company temporarily blocked the payments, but informed me I needed to resolve it with the company directly.Attempts to Resolve the Problem:Ive sent multiple emails to Barefoot Outdoors without any response. Despite initial success in disputing the charges, the issue remains unresolved and the charges continue.Summary:Ive been charged $24.92 monthly for several years for a purchase I never received. All attempts to contact Barefoot Outdoors have been unsuccessful. I request the BBB's assistance in stopping the charges and obtaining a full refund for unauthorized charges.

    Our son ordered a monthly subscription box without our knowledge. To date, he has yet to receive one box. The first month, we were charged $45.87, and were then charged $24.92 per month for 29 months. We have made numerous attempts to contact Bearfoot Outdoors over those 29 months. There is ZERO accurate contact info for this company- we have exhausted every possible avenue including their ******** page that we can no longer find and we have had ZERO response from them. We have disputed many of the charges with our credit card company, but finally had to change credit card numbers to get the scam charges to stop. I would like 100% of our money refunded and I would like to see this business permanently discontinued as well as appropriate discipline by the attorney general, FTC, and ************************* It is illegal and fraudulent to conduct a scam like this, yet no one is being held responsible. ALL contact information that we have for them is invalid: Their ******** page had dozens of complaints on it- all with the exact same issue- a monthly recurring bill and no product- and zero response of any kind to any of the complaints there. Like I said, I can no longer find that page.

    They keep taking money from my account on the 7th of every month for the last 2 years for no reason. I haven't signed up for a subscription or anything.

    This business, Barefoot Outdoors, is charging my credit card on the 3rd of every month in the amount of $24.92. This has been happening for almost a year. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions with no response from them. I did not authorize this charge and I am not receiving anything from them, nor do I want anything from this company. I have asked them to stop and asked for reimbursement and there has been no response. The only way to contact them is via email. I also reached out to my credit card online to try and stop this charge.

    My son subscribed to this company's monthly box service. We have not received a box of anything since the first month. They will not answer calls or emails about canceling the service yet we continue to be billed each month. We have attempted to close our account and cancel for over a year now with charges continuing to pile up.

    This "company" is a scam.

    My son subscribed to their monthly plan and has not received anything from them since the first month. I have reached out to them by email to cancel and no one responds. Have been unable to find a phone number. I am being charged $24.92 a month for nothing. Would like all monies paid refunded.
