      If you want your brace to come quickly don't order on from this company. They ask me for measurements, which I provided, accepted my payment, than put my order on hold because they needed to confirm my measurements with pictures. All the while my dog is hurting and in need of a wrap. Once I realized they were taking too long I ended up buying a wrap from the local pet store. I was also dealing with a family death, family issues and my dog's injury I was not checking emails or voicemails or talking with anyone at all. Once I read their email that they were reaching out I promptly contacted them and informed them of the situation. Product was not even shipped and still had the audacity to charge me $20. It's not much, but they took money without providing service or product. They should probably remain a small local business. Doesn't seem like they have the capacity to sell nationally in a timely manner especially since we're dealing with a product that is meant to limit dog's pain. I give them 1 star because I had to but in reality it's 0. Look else where maybe try your local pet store or even Chewy.com is better.
