    I purchased 4 tickets for Tweetsie railroad 5:30 PM train ride and amusement park for December 30, 2022 Confirmation Number: ************ on 9/13/22. On Dec 30, 2022 there was inclement weather and I requested a full refund on my tickets via phone call to Tweetsie railroad ticket orders 1877 8933874..(message left without a callback) and in person. I showed up at 5PM and spoke to a blond woman with long hair at will call and I explained my concern regarding he inclement weather and I was denied a refund. Rather than throw away 174.00 I reluctantly entered the park and boarded the train. Half of the Christmas display lights along the train trail were turned off. NONE of the rides were available to ride, because of the weather. The majority of the park was unavailable due to the inclement weather. I should have been granted my refund without question. I am formally requesting a full refund for my tickets of 174.00 to the original form of payment.
